Ignacio R. Colon, 85, of Reading, was called home to Heaven on Saturday,
March 1, 2014 surrounded by his niece, Maria Ortiz and his loving family.
He was the husband of Cecelia Colon.

Born on March 1, 1929 in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Feliciano Rivera and the late Juana Colon.

Ignacio was survived by his children, Aida Rodriguez, Isaias Colon, and Ramon Colon; sisters, Julia Ortiz, Santa Rivera, Luz Maria Colon, and Olga Rivera; brothers, Eduardo, Jorge, and Ventura Rivera; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ismael and Luciano Rivera; and sister, Catalina Rivera Colon.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 6, 2014 at 12:30 P.M. in Henninger Funeral Home Inc., 229 N. 5th St. Reading, Pa 19601. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
