Jane E. Moore, 74, of Reading, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday October 26, 2014 at her residence.

She was the wife of George E. Moore, of Reading.

Born in Reading, Jane was the daughter of the late James O. and Ester May (McElwee) Jacobs.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Lawrence Neuen, Paul Neuen, Shirley Frankhouser and Betty Ann Christ; 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers, James L. Jacobs, David O. Jacobs, Samuel R. Jacobs, John A. Jacobs; and Sisters, Linda L. Richards, Mary M. Humbert, and Betty Coleman.

One grandchild and three siblings preceded Jane in death.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 6:30 p. m. at New Apostolic Church of Reading, 6291 Perkiomen Ave. Reading, Pa. 19606. A viewing will be held for friends and relatives to pay their respects to the family on Thursday Evening from 5 p. m. to 6:30 p. m. in the Church. Burial will be private in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading.
