Rafael C. Santana, 84, of Hamburg, passed December 1, 2014 in his residence.

He was the husband of Alicia (Martinez) Santana.

Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of Pedro P. Lugo and Ana Santana.

He is also survived by his children, Luz Santos, Mildred Belardo, Rafael Candelario Jr., Isael Martinez, Diana Martinez, Alicia Kehr and David Candelario, 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
