Condolence From: Judy (Aukamp) MacAdam
Condolence: I was terribly saddened to learn of George's passing. I remember the Landis family from my childhood at our time together at Hope Lutheran Church. These memories will always be a part of my life. I am glad I had the opportunity to talk with George just recently at my mother's funeral on February 6, 2015. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this time of sorrow.

Condolence From: Ken and Mary-Teresa James and family
Condolence: George was a wonderful neighbor. He was always quick to smile and wave whenever we would see each other. He loved to garden and would frequently leave bags of fresh vegetables for us to find when we got home from work. We will miss your smile, George, and hope you are at peace in Heaven.

Condolence: It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of my friend and RHS classmate. George and I grew up as kids and attended Northwest Jr High and Reading High together. We were also members of Hope Lutheran Church. Whenever I would see George, we always talked sports. Always saw him at the RHS class reunions and annual alumni banquet. We will certainly missed not seeing your smiling face.

Condolence From: George M. Hetrick, Jr., FD
Condolence: George was the best. He long served the funeral profession and thereby the whole community at large. It was a different era for obituaries and many times George caught me in mistakes in my submissions. I remember his meetings with the funeral directors before and after his retirement well. An enjoyable good man doing his job well for many years. Thank you for his life.
