Norma Ortiz, 55, of Exeter Township, passed May 26th in Reading Hospital.
She was the wife of George Ortiz.
Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of Fundador Roman Cruz and Margarita Roman.
She was a member of St. Peter’s RCC, Reading.
She owned and operated Norma’s Beauty Salon and was also a home health aide.
She is also survived by a son, George Ortiz Jr., daughter, Melissa Ortiz, two grandchildren, and two sisters, Elsie Roman and Elizabeth Moya. She was pre-deceased by a son, Leonardo and a grandson, David.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:15 AM in St. Peter’s RCC, Reading.
Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
Viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM and Friday 9:00 to 10:00 AM in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc. 229 N. 5th St., Reading.
