Clarence Adam Emmel, loving husband, father and grandfather, 50, of Leesport, PA passed February 12th in his residence.

He was the loving husband of 27 years to Stacey (Carr) Emmel.

Clarence was born in Arkansas to Ralph and Marie (Hebeler) Emmel.

He was currently working at Royal Green as a welder for the past 17 years.

Clarence loved spending time with his family, especially on the many trips to Salem Mass. He also enjoyed camping and the outdoors and making people laugh wherever he was.

He is also survived by his children, Amara McAfee, Carissa Carr-Emmel, Daria Avalos-Emmel, Elysia Monderewicz, and Thayer Emmel; sisters, Linda Shomper and Susan Hanley; 3 grandsons and 4 granddaughters. He was pre-deceased by a grandson, Exain Avalos-Emmel.

A viewing will be held in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc. 229 N. 5th St., Reading Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 PM with a funeral service to begin at 7:30 PM.

Interment will be private.
