Jocelyn Marie Corchado, 20, sadly passed October 20th in St. Joseph Medical Center.
She resided with her parents, Annmarie Heisey and Jose N. Corchado. She has four brothers, Joey N., Ricky A., Jordan A. Corchado and Javin Corchado Heisey, sister, Jasmine G. Corchado.
She was a graduate of Reading High School and was currently attending California University of PA, majoring in Biochemistry with plans to become a plastic surgeon.
Her favorite show was Grey’s Anatomy, she loved driving her car to the Pagoda and on the back roads and listening to her music. She also loved visiting her Wela’s house and eating her famous Spanish food. She also enjoyed hanging out with her best friend Victoria M. Santana on a daily basis.
She is also survived by her grandmothers, Gloria Heisey, Lucy Negron and her Welo, Tony Ruiz; Uncle, William Corchado, Uncle Damen Glass, Aunt Jackie Corchado and partner Daniel Cruz, Aunt Amy R. Heisey, Aunt Claire Gehr wife of John H. Gehr, Aunt Christine L. Kribel, Uncle Michael B. Kribel husband of Sheryl Kribel; cousins, Astoria, Dana, Lily, Ray, Danny, Richard, Ricky; nieces, Ariana and Vearia and a nephew, Austin. She was pre-deceased by her Robin A. Heisey whom she was close with and looked up to.
Prayer service will be held Wednesday at 11:30 AM in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc. 229 N. 5th St., Reading. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Viewing will be from 9 AM to time of service.
