Richard R. Long, Jr., 66, of Shillington, passed June 2nd in Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Karen J. (Haas) Long.

Born in Reading, PA he was the son of Richard R. Long Sr. and Catharine (Fisher) Long.

Richard worked for CarTech, Reading for 42 years as a crane operator.

He is also survived by three sons, Christopher M., Casey R. and Corey A. Long and four grandchildren.

A memorial service and visitation will be held Friday, June 15th in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc. from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Interment will be Saturday, June 16th in Cressona Cemetery. Please meet at Henninger Funeral Home at 9:30 AM Saturday to follow procession.
