Gail P. Long, 66, of Alsace Township, formerly of Wyomissing, passed April 18, 2015 at home with her loving family beside her.
Gail lived her life for her loving son James and wife Kim, and grandchildren, Ashlee, Jimmy and Jason, and great grandson Jordan.
Last working at Country Inn and Suites of Wyomissing in February 2014 where she was universal employee of the year out of 10,000 employees. An award was given which she was proud to earn.
Gail was pre-deceased by her father, Alfred Z. Long and mother Mary (Giebel) Long, sisters, Shirley and Carolyn and brothers, Robert, Alvin, and Alfred. She is also survived by sisters, Virginia and Sandra, and brothers, Russell and Howard.
As requested by Gail there will be no service or viewing.
Contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League in memory of her loving cats, Miss Daisy and Mr. Whiskers.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
