Obituary for Martina Espada Alvarado

Martina Espada Alvarado, age 79, of Reading, died on Tuesday evening, June 21, 2016, in the Reading Hospital.

Born in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Ernesto Alvarado and Fransica Espada.

She is survived by 3 sons: Jose, Luis and Horacio Espada; and 4 daughters: Ana, Norma, Carmen and Jackie Espada; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by 2 sons, Frank and Carlos; and a daughter, Aida Espada.

Friends may view on Monday evening, June 27, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Henninger Funeral Home, 229 N. 5th St., Reading, PA, with service beginning at 8 p.m. Interment will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Laureldale Cemetery.
